Combining this attention to detail with excellent listening skills, enables me to quickly locate ideal homes for my buyers (including networking with other agents to locate homes that are not yet on the market!).

With over twenty years experience in marketing, negotiating, sales and customer service, I have the skills, drive and commitment to successfully negotiate and achieve your real estate goals. I made "Rookie of the Year" my first year with The F. C. Tucker Company. My second sale was a $1M+ property. I made Tucker's Presidents Club my first year. This is almost unheard of in the industry! Personal Service:
Naturally, I have a team of people who assist me in scheduling showings for your property, handling paperwork etc. However, my pledge to you is personal service. You have hired me; therefore, I owe you personal service, support and communication. Your calls, emails, questions and problems will be personally handled by me. They will not be delegated to someone else!

Having lived in the area for twenty-five years and been active in numerous organizations, I have an extensive network of contacts in business, social and philanthropic organizations. Past clients, other Realtor/Brokers, appraisers, insurance agents, mortgage consultants, and many other folks will partner with me to accomlish our goal.
Personal:
My husband, Mark, and I were both born and raised in New Jersry. We moved extensively, both while Mark was in the USAF and later as he worked in corporate America. All of this moving has made me very sensitive to the stresses and pressures of moving a family to a new home. Mark teaches at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Downtown Indianapolis.
Activities include being a member of Beta Sigma Phi (largest Greek-lettered service sorority in the world), American Red Cross, Kiwanis International, SiameseRescue.org, our church, gardening, reading, auto racing, playing the piano and swimming. I have a passion for genealogy, both researching our own family history and helping others with their research! We also enjoy spoiling our 11 godchildren and our three Siamese cats!
