Most, but not all, agents will call and provide feedback from a showing.

When I have a showing on a listing, I always try to obtain two types of feedback.  Naturally, I want to hear what the potential buyers have to say about the home.  It's also important, however, to ask what the agent has to say about the property.

Buyers can sometimes eliminate a home for a very basic reason; i.e. they didn't like the floor plan.  There is nothing you can do about a floor plan.  Questioning the showing agent, however, can sometimes provide valuable information on how the agent thinks your home compares to other homes at your price point.

A general rule of thumb is that you should have an offer for every ten showings you have on your property.  If no offer has occurred and you have had this many showings, you should carefully review with your agent all of the feedback from your showings and also your price point compared to similar homes in your area.
