Building is always an option. It provides you with the benefits of getting exactly what you want. Working with a builder can be the best choice if you have very specific needs; but, there is a downside. It takes time to build a home (usually 3 to 6 months). In addition, you need to make certain that you make the correct choices from the beginning of the process as changes are very costly.
